Rick, I first saw “Red Water” on TV one afternoon and saw myself on one of the shots at Waimea Bay  winter of 1969. It’s the one with three guys taking off on about a 20 footer. Steve Gaines was on my left and to my right was someone I didn’t know. The reason I recognized the wave is because I was given a three sequence shot of that particular wave a few days after that unforgettable day. Anyway great job on the film.
